RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love your Valour School wear just as much as we loved creating it for you.
But just in case it's not right, here’s our returns policy.
WE'RE HERE TO HELP
At Valour we put our heart and soul into the design and manufacture of our school wear and accessories.
That’s why if something isn’t right, we’re happy to exchange or offer a credit to the value paid for the item(s).
Exchange and returns must be returned to Valour with proof of purchase in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with original packaging and tags still attached). Returns and exchanges, except where the item is deemed to be faulty, must be received by the Uniform Shop in question within thirty (30) days of the dispatch date. Exchanges must If your return is after 30 days and up to 3 months after dispatch you will be offered a Store credit to the value of your original purchase. Items are not eligible for returns or exchanges after 3 months after the dispatch date. All exchanges must include an exchange form.
Change of mind returns are only accepted if the Garment is deemed faulty.
VALOUR SCHOOLS CAN NOT REFUND CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS DUE TO:
- Customer simply changes their mind, decides they do not like the purchase, or has no use for it (under the Australian Consumer Law)
- Discovers they can buy the goods or services more cheaply elsewhere
- Has damaged the goods by using them in a way that was unreasonable
- The customer has ordered the incorrect size.
Please send returns to your relevant Uniform Shop. Contact your uniform shop for specific return processes.
VALOUR SCHOOLS DOES NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS
We recommend that you return items using a trackable postage method. Valour will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit. Please allow 7 business days for the return to be processed and the credit applied to your account. Postage costs will not be refunded.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
If the item(s) are deemed to have a manufacturing fault a refund may be issued. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. A faulty goods claim cannot be made if:
- The Goods have been subjected to fair, wear and tear
- Unauthorised modifications or repair of the Goods
- The Goods are damaged as a result of failing to comply with the manufacturer’s care and storage instructions, including but not limited to insect damage
- The Goods are second hand, in that you are not the original purchaser of the Goods.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are non-refundable and not exchangeable unless the product is faulty or otherwise meets the requirements as outlined by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) for us to do so.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Valour cannot accept returns of customised items unless items are found to be faulty.
If it is found that Valour has incorrectly customised your garments contrary to the approved Pre-Production Sample and your instructions, we will gladly replace them. If you are unsure if this applies to the product you are interested in, please get in touch with our customer service team at online@valoursport.com.au and they will be able to inform you if it is applicable.
- As stated above: Valour cannot refund custom-made items due to:

- Incorrect size ordered.
